Information you provide
When you send a booking inquiry, this website collects the contact and event information you choose to provide, such as your name, email, phone number, event type, date, location, guest count, budget context, referral source, and message.
How the information is used
Inquiry information is used to review your request, respond to you, recommend an appropriate performance, plan or provide services, prevent abuse, maintain website security, and meet applicable legal or business recordkeeping needs. A booking inquiry does not add you to a marketing mailing list, and personal information is not sold.
Service providers
The website uses carefully selected providers to operate the inquiry process. Cloudflare provides hosting, security checks, encrypted inquiry storage, and delivery infrastructure. Resend provides transactional email delivery. Google Workspace receives and stores the resulting email in Roby’s business mailbox. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy commitments.
Anonymous website measurement
This website uses first-party, cookie-free measurement to understand which pages and interactions lead to genuine inquiries and to monitor website performance. It may record an anonymous identifier kept only for the current browser tab, page and entry paths, broad referral and campaign categories, device class, button or video interactions, form progress and non-sensitive error categories, and Core Web Vitals.
Analytics never receives your name, email address, phone number, message, venue, exact event date, exact budget, or security-check token. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track are honored. Anonymous measurement records are ordinarily deleted after 400 days.
Retention and security
Inquiry details stored by the website are encrypted and are ordinarily deleted after 90 days. Information connected with an active booking or business relationship may be retained longer when reasonably needed to provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations. No online system can promise absolute security, but reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used.

To ask about, correct, or request deletion of inquiry information, email roby@magicroby.com. Some information may need to be retained where required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
